The Railway Children is the much loved story of Bobbie, Peter and Phyllis, three children whose lives change dramatically when their father is mysteriously taken away. They move to a cottage in rural Yorkshire with their mother, where they befriend the local railway porter, Perks, and embark on a magical journey of discovery, friendship and adventure. But the mystery remains – where is Father, and is he ever coming back….
This wonderful script was first performed at the National Railway Museum in York, and then at specially built theatres at Waterloo Station and King’s Cross Station in London. Both young and old are very welcome to this warm hearted production.
Tickets: £8, £7 concessions. The box office is open between 5.00pm and 6.30pm daily on 01223 210737
